I've personally used Glenbrook Hyundai's car service shop for years now. Their car service shop is phenomenal and they employ fantastic mechanics and service staff. Why are they amazing? They are never condescending when explaining car issues to me. They also genuinely care about their customers and solving their car problems. As someone who has a decent amount of social anxiety, I've never felt uncomfortable or unwelcome when visiting the shop. I've never left Hyundai feeling like I may have been ripped off or taken advantage of due to my lack of experience with cars. This business should be proud of the team they've put together there.
