Best pharmacy in Fort Wayne, Indiana (IN) 2024

I would’ve give zero stars if I could. Not enough staff. Don’t use window for walk ups anymore. My meds aren’t usually ready when I’m told they will be. I usually have to wait 20 more minutes until they are. My insulins got ordered on a Monday from my doctor. Finally got them 4 days later. So had to go 4 days without. It’s ridiculous. I advise you not to go there. I’m not going there anymore!! ~Jackie

All Kroger pharmacies run terribly but this is the worst experience we've ever had. You can't request your medications be refilled until the day you're out and then they take days to fill. Their hours are inconvenient on a good day but now they are randomly closed full days and from 1pm-3pm daily (nowhere can you find this info online). ~Kristi

I called ahead of time to ensure they had my medication in stock. She said yes. I asked about the time and was advised 20 minutes or so. I drove across town to this location since they are the only ones who could fill this medication. At drop-off, I was advised it would take approximately 25 minutes. I waited almost an hour and a half for my medication! Had I known it was going to take that long, I would have come back later or the next day. Don't set an expectation and not deliver without so much as an apology. ~Susan

Kroger Pharmacy W. State . Was given the wrong prescription. Got called asking if I could bring it back . Brought it back the next morning . They said the correct prescription would be ready by 11:00 am and it was not necessary to call ahead to make sure it was ready. Got there at 11:45 am and it wasn’t ready . They had it ready in about 5 minutes. That wasn’t a problem . They never said they were sorry or thanked me for making an extra trip. Disappointed ! ~Mark
