Every time I come here they never have my prescription ready. My doctor calls it in and I go hours later and it’s never ready or I have to wait until the next day. It’s a little ridiculous.

Do not send prescriptions here! They were out of stock and didn’t report anything to anyone. Then, when I called, the “pharmacist tech” was very unprofessional, laughing, and hung up after I inquired about my prescription.

All Kroger pharmacies run terribly but this is the worst experience we've ever had. You can't request your medications be refilled until the day you're out and then they take days to fill. Their hours are inconvenient on a good day but now they are randomly closed full days and from 1pm-3pm daily (nowhere can you find this info online).

I am at kroger right now. There was 3 cashier lanes open, its super busy right now. The lane I have been standing in for over 15 minutes, decided to shut their light off and close the lane. As well as another cashier lane, so now there is only 1 cashier lane open now and I have to start a new line and start all over. This is ridiculous!!!!!!!! Bad customer service, even the little old lady they tried to tell her to put her stuff back in her cart after it was on the conveyor!!!! This is down right awful service!!!!

It’s truly disappointing because the location is perfect for us. Their communication and timing is pretty awful (even prior to the pandemic). They do not tell you when prescriptions are ready, even worse they do not tell you when they’re delayed or out of stock. That’s extremely frustrating when it’s antibiotics. Today I showed up to pick up a prescription that was sent in by the doctor yesterday. I was informed “that doesn’t come in until the afternoon”. I do not understand why I wasn’t told yesterday and given the opportunity to go elsewhere where they’d be available. The time before, my two year old son’s last antibiotics tasted like chalk and chemicals, and was nearly impossible to get him to take them. I asked about why there wasn’t a flavor like all the times before (usually bubblegum), and they told me they don’t do that there. Either I was lied to or this was new, because they always have in the past. Make sure to read the instructions very carefully also instead of trusting their instructions. I asked one of the team members if the medication needed refrigerated, she said yes. Once I got home, in bold letters it states do not refrigerate. Inconsistent, poor communication, but great location. The quality staff is hit or miss. I have had great experiences, but at least half the time I’m disappointed.

Not fond of leaving anything but good reviews but when your messing with my limited time and physical health….. If you say something will be ready at a certain time yet its still not even ready the proceeding day, that can really mess up someones day who has nearly no windows of opportunity to pickup meds that are pretty important in order to get through the day. Or when things get pointlessly delayed because one person says you have no refills, you call Dr, they confirm yes that I do, I call back to kroger and talk to someone else who has no issues getting me squared away. That has happened multiple times with one of my meds.

Don't go here if you need your meds right away. I have had to wait over 7 hours for a scrip for my son's eye infection. I have been home sick most of the day and sent my daughter to pick up. The first time they said they did not have his insurance so she came home got his card and went back at which time they said it wasn't the right card. I went myself and the pharmacist acts like he is being put out to help anyone. After telling them about my daughters 2 trips no one bothered to even apologize. Fortunately this pharmacy is not representative of the Kroger store where I have received great customer service. Kroger needs to provide some training to this pharmacy's staff.

Not once but twice this pharmacy has given my child the wrong medication. When I phoned the pharmacist/mngr I was told "oh well, at least it's an antibiotic, so it's in the same class of drugs" Just want you want to hear from the mngr of the pharmacy....

I had a prescription transferred from another store and they were extremely pleasant. Said "you are speaking to the right person and I will take care of that for you"!! When would u like to pick this up and ill have it ready? Nice to hear a friendly person on the other line. HAPPY to transfer my prescriptions to KROGER!!

The pharmacy (upon calling to check status) gave me incorrect information. When I did get my (new) scrip, I asked for info on it and the pharmacist told gave me wrong information. She instructed me to take at night - which actually will cause insomnia (supposed to take in morning), and that it would (side effect) cause drowsiness, when in fact causes the opposite. I also had to ask how many to take because she was not forthcoming with any information. Instead of providing assistance (other than the incorrect info listed above), she instructed me to take it home and "just read the insert".
