No one answers the phone, the 2x someone actually did answer the woman was extremely rude and short with me on the phone. I'm not a usual customer of Kroger pharmacy but my pharmacy was out of stock of something I needed right away. But just with the few interactions I've had with Kroger pharmacy I would never use them, unless dire straits like I am now.

I would’ve give zero stars if I could. Not enough staff. Don’t use window for walk ups anymore. My meds aren’t usually ready when I’m told they will be. I usually have to wait 20 more minutes until they are. My insulins got ordered on a Monday from my doctor. Finally got them 4 days later. So had to go 4 days without. It’s ridiculous. I advise you not to go there. I’m not going there anymore!!

It is ridiculous how long you have to wait, usually 1 cashier & line moves very slow. I realize there is a staffing shortage, but, come on! Every single time I come here, it's like this! Their hours of opperation has been shortened, so if you work 8-5 or 6 you are $#$ out of luck! Time to transfer to Walgreens or walmart!

Don’t know what’s going on with the pharmacy but it’s taking longer to get medication filled sometimes it could take up to three days so you could be out of it and have to wait…. Do you know what’s going on but I need to fix it
