Tried to overcharge me for my waters when they were clearly marked on the rack. I realize the clerk probably has no clue, but it's still wrong that this happens so often at retailers. ~timothy

This is supposed to be a protein bowl, I ordered ranch and onions on the side thru the app, delivered by “subway” door dash. The food showed up way earlier than estimated time fram and is SWIMMING in ranch and I assume Caesar because it tasted awful. Filled with onions and WHOLE strips of bacon in the bowl. I called and requested a manager, I was informed there wasn’t even one there?! No management on shifts???? No wonder they don’t do their jobs. The employee I spoke with was understanding and nice but unfortunately could not do ANYTHING for me at the time. They could not redeliver my meal. I could not leave hints the reason I didn’t pick it up to begin with. Now I have paid $9 for a meal I will have to wait to enjoy another time. Not impressed with the lack of management. ~Tommie

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. There call center told us the wrong time, by over an hour. Hung around in town to get the pizza and when we showed up they said “sorry it’s gonna be another 45 minutes”. When I complained and asked the manager about it he just said “ we get a lot of complaints about it but it’s a major time saver for us” I asked if he was ok with losing business and he said “whatever “. They made no effort to make it right. Terrible customer service will not go back. ~Jake

Your hours say you are open till 9 pm! I get there at 7 and they are closed! There is only one other store on that end of town! this is completely unacceptable however I was happy to help family dollar out by giving them my business! ~Jewels

My husband and I got 2 giant #7s. Made excellent, tasted great, sweet employees including the regional manager that was there. We definitely will be back!! ~Cynthia

Great place to eat! I get so sick of the fast food chain restaurants. This is so different and a much higher quality of food. We moved to Huntington and discovered the restaurant. We've been there about 10 times in the last few months. I would recommend this eating establishment to anyone looking for delicious and tasty food! ~Tom

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I came in for lunch. They had 2 lanes but one was closed off. Not a big deal. But I had to pull up to the third window because they were making my food fresh. As I hoped anyways. I got my burger and it was burnt beyond belief. I literally took a bite and it was crunchy because of how burnt it was. Won't be going back. ~Riley
