Absolutely the worst customer service ever. There call center told us the wrong time, by over an hour. Hung around in town to get the pizza and when we showed up they said “sorry it’s gonna be another 45 minutes”. When I complained and asked the manager about it he just said “ we get a lot of complaints about it but it’s a major time saver for us” I asked if he was ok with losing business and he said “whatever “. They made no effort to make it right. Terrible customer service will not go back.

Ordering online is confusing and complicated...... and they took 90 min. to deliver my order one pizza short. Then they refused to even pickup the phone when I called. All my business will now be with Dominoes or Z-place because that's two in row they screwed up. Losers.

Pizzas taste fine, but every time I order with half toppings the entire pizza is messed up. They are entirely incapable of putting the proper toppings on a pizza unless you order the same topping for the entire pizza.

Absolutely terrible Service will never order again and will tell everybody I come across not to tell them to order from them waited 2 1/2 hours for a pizza to be delivered and just to find out that they didn’t even make the pizza these guys are ridiculous in a joke do not order from here I’m telling you

Order a pizza at 11 pm it is now after 12 and still no delivery a call saying that they can't deliver and asking if I could pick it up would have been nice but no just waste my time

Incredibly rude staff especially the manager Jimmy and General Keith. The food was NOT what we ordered and they the burned pizza and poppers. Avoid this location at all costs, you can buy better quality frozen pizza and not deal with snide, nasty, unkempt people.

I absolutely love papa johns pizza but I hate the terrible customer service from 1 of their managers named Jimmy. He would not give us our pizza. One of his co workers explained to us that he just didn't feel like looking up our phone number. When I called papa johns to speak to him he hung up on me because I told him I was taking this to upper management.
