I'd say this place is a solid 4.5 stars, and I'll very likely be back again. For one thing, the gentleman answering the phone and seemingly running the place all by himself on a Saturday was friendly, polite, and professional on the phone. The food was ready on-time, and the thin-crust 'The Z-pizza' is pretty good. The Chicken Club Sub is delicious though and stole all the limelight 😋 There is an extra 4% charge for using a credit card, which is mostly understandable since they probably paid 2.9% - 3.9% + $0.30, but just something to keep in mind, especially if you're comparing prices to some other pizza joint which probably doesn't do the same. The total for a 10" pizza and a 12" sub was roughly $25 before tip, and I'll probably get 3 meals out of it. Anyway, I'll be curious to check out their baked potatoes next time (though I might've been enticed earlier if the menu had pictures on it ;-)

Pizza was hot and the toppings were good. For thin crust I would have wanted it a bit crisper in the middle.

Both the pizza and bread sticks are delicious! Fun, clean atmosphere. We loved the arcade games, and they're only 25¢ to play.

I love the thin crust pizza! My family loves the Z Grinder and broasted chicken as well. We also like the salad and pizza lunch combo during the week. The salad bar has a lot of fixings. Never disappointed!

Worse delivery driver I’ve ever meet. Rude and completely uncalled for. We order from this place a couple times a month, and will never be ordering again after tonight. Glad to know tips are now expected…for poor customer service.

Great Z-salad! Loaded with ham and cheese. Five stars for the salads. Had asked for blue cheese dressings on both. Got home only to discover ranch was included! Disappointing. No stars for the young man who packed the wrong dressing.

Worst experience ever! We waited 10 minutes just to be greeted at our table, we were getting ready to walk out. Only 1 waitress working and I can understand being busy, but customers came in after us and was served before us. We had to ask for our breadsticks because they never came out and not all the pizzas came out at the same time, so we again had to ask for the rest of our order. Waitress was never seen after delivering our food. We complained when we had to ask the cashier for our bill and never got apology, only excuses… we will NOT be back! Just look at their response to my review.... that should speak for itself!

Owner is beyond rude to customers if you complain! A HUGE part of owning a business is making sure your customers are happy! If you can't swallow your pride and admit mistakes were made then you won't make it very far!

Z Place pizza is one of a kind thin crust pizza like you have never had before. If you have never had it you need to give it a shot. My recommendation would be either the Z Works or the Hawaiian pizza.

Just got our 2 fish dinners we ordered, but no tartar sauce that we specifically asked for, called there, and got told, "well we dont charge you for the tartar sauce it comes with the meal". No kidding geniuses but wheres it at if it does? I dont eat the fish without tartar sauce. So wasted money on dinner for 2 tonight and wont be ordering from there ever again. Place has gone way down hill.
