Best furniture store in Merrillville, Indiana (IN) 2024

Not open during posted store hours. Came at 2:30 on Sunday, doors are locked, lights off, no one available. Similar thing happened last night, except Google hours said they were open, but posted store hours said closed. So two separate trips to this place were both a waste of time. Phone number is disconnected. Judging from other reviews, maybe they got shut down. I guess I dodged a bullet. ~Cameron

To be clear, the best customer experience I've ever had any place in my entire life! If you buy here you buy it forever, very open and understanding! We had to get my wife a chair that was an easy lift, takes about 10 weeks but they let us have the floor model which I'm truly grateful for. We need to get the chair before the time in which they can make it. Truely solid furniture by the way. Thank you guys! ~Jay

My wife and I had a great experience shopping for living room furniture at the Merrillville location. Jewels was a tremendous help. She listened to our situation and showed us the pieces that fit what we were looking for. She used a computer program to show us how the pieces would look in our house with the actual dimensions. All her advice really helped us design the space the way we liked. My wife is super happy how it turned out. And the delivery team was extremely polite and timely. ~Jung

This place is absolutely amazing. They have great furniture, mirrors, dining sets and tons more. I posted pictures of their Love oouch with their coffee table and the beautiful rug underneath the table. BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!. I am so happy. I will be posting more pictures of my new couch and love seat. ~liz
