Not open during posted store hours. Came at 2:30 on Sunday, doors are locked, lights off, no one available. Similar thing happened last night, except Google hours said they were open, but posted store hours said closed. So two separate trips to this place were both a waste of time. Phone number is disconnected. Judging from other reviews, maybe they got shut down. I guess I dodged a bullet.

I had to take these people to court. They are not reliable and I will not even recommend my worst enemy to shop here. I will not shop here anymore the delivery crew is very rude and unprofessional. They delivered my mattress and didn't want to take the old one out to put the new one on. I have never ordered furniture before that doesn't include installation especially something as simple as putting on a mattress. But as I said the delivery crew is very unprofessional I actually had a argument with one.

They were awesome they was on time they put it together I didn’t like one of my pieces of furniture and they switched it out with no problem I love Furniture and beyond I don’t care what anybody else say

I have tried to complain directly to the company about this issue but, they have no one to handle these calls. It is 2 star because the frame was at least decent. I needed to buy twin bunk beds so I was in the mall and checked out their store seemed legit though, hey let's order from here so we don't spend all day shopping and they and even gave us a discount. So we ordered twin bunkbed and two bunky mattresses. We had to wait three weeks to get it all delivered to my house because it was custom no returnable and when they did show up they showed several hrs after when they said. As I began assembling the next day I discover they had sent me the wrong box and when they picked up the box next they criticized me for opening the box. After finally getting the beds set up I checked out these mattresses. You visibly see the difference between them one had some padding but I could still feel the wood bars and the other had no padding at all. I was told by the delivery guy they normally come in different sizes. They mattresses we're the worst mattresses I have even seen. One had thin sheet of padding and the other none. My son got bruises from the frame. So I tried get a hold of customer service. I was call bounce for 30 mins finnaly told I had to email them with pictures which I did. Never got a response by the way none of it was return able because it was custom made. The only reason this is not 1 star is the bed frame it self pretty nice. I have now month later went to different store for mattresses that are decent. As long as you don't buy anything with a cushion you should be fine.

I seen this store on Facebook, and decided to check them out. I’m so glad I did. They have everything, and I was surprised that the prices were super affordable! It’s not cheap stuff you’d find at discount furniture places either!! The service is great, JR helped me and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will defiantly be back!
