Service is no good the owner and worker stold 20 dollars because got side tracked by An employee and didn't pump gas I paid for went back soon after they saw everything on. Camera yet said a customer took it knowing they had to clear my 20 in order to set it for next customer aka victim!!! They stold from me they'll do it 2 u 2 ~Kim

Edit 10/17/22: went to Kahlo in Noblesville for my maintenance this time. They found the drain plug for my oil to be shredded and barely holding at this point. The advisor here said it was most likely damaged by someone at Gaddis during my last oil change. Went in for a routine oil change on 6/21. Found oil underneath my car a couple days later. Called and asked to speak to the service advisor listed on my paperwork (Michael) he told me to bring the car in today. Went in today and explained that my boyfriend found oil pooling under the engine cover, even tried to show him photos. He brushed me off and had the maintenance tech check my oil level. Came back about 20 minutes later and said my oil is full and the plug has no issues so he’s not sure what the problem is. Again I try to show him the photos of the pooled oil and he didn’t seem to care. Got home and had my boyfriend check again, still oil pooled under my engine cover. All I wanted was the oil cleaned up so I don’t end up with a part failure later on but apparently that can’t be done. ~Alicyn

The new manager is horrible she’s rude towards who she picks and chooses too. She also does all kinds of stuff she’s not suppose. She also treats her staff horrible if they don’t do exactly what and how she says. We’ve been going there for years but won’t anymore ~Sarah

Not as fond of this one as I am some of the others. This one is haphazardly thrown together I feel like. It makes it have the appearance of being dirty. I really don't care to shop at this one very often. ~Lewanne

Other than waiting in a line that does purchases & returns ( no separate line for each) this place is great! I love getting cash back & 30% coupons. One cashier saved us extra by combining my husband & my purchases. She was so thoughtful!! ~Carol

I went here today and was totally disgusted with the way this store looks. Floors were filthy, dirty and looked like it had never been vacuumed. Clothes, tags and hangers all over the floor. Looked at a few items and there were stains on the clothes and some of the bassinets, changing tables, plus the tummy time toys were dirty and looked worn. There is no way I would buy these items for my grandchild. The young staff don't even look up from what they're doing to greet customers when they walk in which is terrible for customer service. I will continue to drive two hours to the Lafayette store that is exceptionally clean, organized, with friendly staff to help you when you need it. The One Upon A Child in Muncie needs serious help and needs to clean up their store. ~Rita

10/10 would recommend. Every single person I spoke to and/or met at Stoops Automotive was an absolute pleasure. I have to shout out my man Larry. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and treated me like family. He turned this car buying experience into an adventure and I am thankful for his kindness.
