I love the concept of this store, but it is so unorganized and messy. I understand that they are limited in space, but would be better with less clutter.

I went here today and was totally disgusted with the way this store looks. Floors were filthy, dirty and looked like it had never been vacuumed. Clothes, tags and hangers all over the floor. Looked at a few items and there were stains on the clothes and some of the bassinets, changing tables, plus the tummy time toys were dirty and looked worn. There is no way I would buy these items for my grandchild. The young staff don't even look up from what they're doing to greet customers when they walk in which is terrible for customer service. I will continue to drive two hours to the Lafayette store that is exceptionally clean, organized, with friendly staff to help you when you need it. The One Upon A Child in Muncie needs serious help and needs to clean up their store.

Always a great place to find pre-owned kids items and clothes with good prices. This is one of the biggest Once Upon a Child stores we have been to!!

I love rhis little OUAC! I moved to OHIO and even smack in the capital surrounded my local OUAC's I often make a specific visit while back in town. Money minded mom of 4 and the store is always stocked, clean, and put together. The sales are better here and the added 20% members program is clutch at back to school time.

Went there today, and will never go back. The whole time I was there the staff were gossiping. They were talking about how they didn’t wanna be there, talking badly about customers in front of other customers. They are just rude, slow and when they don’t wanna deal with you they just walk away or get somebody else.

My daughter gets her children clothes pretty cheap and in good shape They have lots of toys that some are in good shape all kinds

This place was awesome if you like Christmas decorations she changes it after the first of the year and will make it for Valentine's Day and Easter and everything was real reasonable in there and there was some awesome things she has some clothes she has purses and great gifts for Christmas but she's only open tomorrow and then closed until I think she said January the 6th I got a 4-ft nutcracker for a gift for someone for $20 but we did buy a few things for two and three dollars she's going to decorated so pretty I got a hope chest for little girl next door for like five bucks this is not the name of the place the name of the place was beside of Merle Norman's makeup so the name has changed

The staff here is usually always super friendly and helpful, but today when I went the cashier was extremely rude and seemed irritated like she didn't want to be there. I went to pick up my remaining clothing items for my buy, and the cashier kept rolling her eyes and was not friendly in any way whatsoever. Customers should not leave feeling like they were a burden.

Might as well donate before selling here again- I shouldn't of sold the item's for the price they offered - they read through the list of items they weren't taking so quickly - I then realized a stuffed animal that was brand new & $45 they must of gave me like $1 for... Along with other items that all created a set. All and all I brought $350 worth of items we didnt use for $40... Save yourself the time and sale online or have a yardsale.
