I used Smart Home Solutions for security cameras at my new home. They also provided TVs and speakers inside the house. These guys are great! I met James first and he helped me figure out what I needed/wanted. He answered all my emails within minutes. Pricing on products is competitive with big box stores. Marty and Ed came out to wire the house and were very efficient and pleasant. Final install - all three were there and it went very smoothly! I would recommend this team in a heartbeat! Bought 2 games for my son....only 1 was the right game! Look at your games before you put them into their case. Also 730pm you just stop answering the phone? You close at 8pm not 730pm! Would have been a simple question on what you guys would want me to do but no now I have to drive there tomorrow again just to get the right game! My cellphone recently stopped working for NO reason. It was fully charged and no matter what I did, it would NOT turn back on. I went to another Verizon Wireless facility, and they refused to assist me. Fortunately, I was able to stop into this Verizon Wireless Dealership and the amazing staff there were able to revive my phone! I can't thank this store enough for assisting me in my time of need. Without their help, I would've been quite lost! I would highly recommend stopping in for yourself to speak to their staff. We originally found the couches we wanted at Indiana Furniture, but De Young was more competitive price wise! Beyond just pricing, their customer service has been AMAZING! Mary kept me in the loop from day 1 until after delivery! She text about shipping, when it arrived to the warehouse, when it left for delivery and even after delivery to make sure we liked our new couches! Understandably undercut on selling them some merchandise. Guys in there are pretty cool and easy to talk to. They are lacking for sure when it comes to jewelry. I was definitely mislead. Also very messy and unorganized. ~Wicked
