My wife and I went in this afternoon and we were warmly greeted at the door. That's the end of the good experience. A saleswoman proceeded to follow us around the store as though we were going to steal something. Really off putting. We told her several times we were browsing. Kept following us upstairs. Incredibly uncomfortable experience. We liked your products, but that saleswoman will have me spending my hard earned money elsewhere. We are in the market for a complete living room set. Your loss, in the future perhaps try treating people like customers and not criminals. Do better

We originally found the couches we wanted at Indiana Furniture, but De Young was more competitive price wise! Beyond just pricing, their customer service has been AMAZING! Mary kept me in the loop from day 1 until after delivery! She text about shipping, when it arrived to the warehouse, when it left for delivery and even after delivery to make sure we liked our new couches! I can’t say enough how happy we are with our overall experience! Thanks, Mary and thank you De Young!

My husband and I were in desperate need of a couch and ended up at DeYoung when everyone else had a 6 month wait for pretty much anything on the floor. While most of the couches here are all custom order, there were a few that they had in stock. We ended up with a beautiful couch that checked everything off of our list, was on sale, AND it was delivered in less than a week!! The delivery team was so kind and very knowledgeable about furniture deliveries. We will be recommending DeYoung to everyone in need of some furniture and we will be back (especially for some Polywood furniture next time!)

I ordered and paid for a bed from De Young Interiors on 5/5/2021. I went into the store to inquire about the status of of my bed in early August. I heard two employees behind the counter talk about it and they had said it was shipped to their store in June. They did NOT call, text or e-mail me about this. The bed was delivered to me 2 days after my in store inquiry. If I didn't check about the status of my order I still may NOT have the bed I paid for in full now. I like the Bed, the staff was nice, nice showroom, no pressure environment. They did apologize. I hope they track other customers orders better in the future.
