Bought 2 games for my son....only 1 was the right game! Look at your games before you put them into their case. Also 730pm you just stop answering the phone? You close at 8pm not 730pm! Would have been a simple question on what you guys would want me to do but no now I have to drive there tomorrow again just to get the right game! Look at your games before you "think" it's the right game.

If you have to call. Good luck. Cancelled my order and got it somewhere else. The staff has gone downhill since they keep firing people the past year. If you have kids or children to buy for or like games go somewhere else if you can. Its honestly becoming a chore to even get anything from here at this point. I hope there customer service improves on orders and the phone. Its 70% items 30% games. I think that they forgot there main goal is games not merchandise. The staff is always nice though, but not as great as the staff that was there for years prior. I pray they improve Target has a better selection & is cheaper with a red card & price matches. Also the new games come sealed & have cover art.......

I go out of my way to come to this specific store. Adam is great and his vast knowledge on games and toys is unreal. There is also a young lady named Anne that is very sweet and quick to help or give recommendations. This store is also a bit bigger than most and always has a good stock of gaming memorabilia.

Fast and great customer service!!! I ordered online and in less than an hour my order was ready. I was even able to pick up a few extra items with problems or wait whatsoever

Friendly service and had everything else you need I only see one down side (and NOT their fault.) Is the way to enter and exiting I wish they would made it easier to do so maybe they can buy/rent from someone with a better building one day.

Gamestops are pretty standard across the board. I do enjoy how they always hire people that love video games and I wish I remembered her name but the person that served us the other day was awesome! She talked forever with my son about Animal Crossing, he was so excited that someone shared his love of Animal Crossing, and cats lol but it's that kind of service that gives people loyalty.

The experience I have received from GameStop in general today, a total of 5 stores .highland , Merrillville ,St John , and Hammond has been extremely poor as a whole establishment. I will never give my time to GameStop or buy another item from you ever again the run around that I have recieved to not accepting cash , to employees not even wanting to do their jobs to even see where a PS4 was at to purchase one ,wouldn't even type on the computer or give me the time of day .
