I went into this store to sign up for the 30 dollar a line welcome unlimited and in trying to port my numbers we did not have phone service until 12 noon the following day because of Verizon's porting policy and they tried to blame it on xfinity, then proceeded to up sell me with the promise of rebates and told us we could try internet free for 30 days but failed to tell us it Already went on bill and how hard it would be to get it taken off, and that there was a 35 dollar activation per line, at first my bill was over$600 for the first month! Even after working on getting some of the extras of bill, it only came down too $450.

Great experience that was quick, informative and easy to work with! We dealt with Kevin who was the most helpful Verizon worker we have ever had! Will go back to this location again in the future.

My cellphone recently stopped working for NO reason. It was fully charged and no matter what I did, it would NOT turn back on. I went to another Verizon Wireless facility, and they refused to assist me. Fortunately, I was able to stop into this Verizon Wireless Dealership and the amazing staff there were able to revive my phone! I can't thank this store enough for assisting me in my time of need. Without their help, I would've been quite lost! I would highly recommend stopping in for yourself to speak to their staff. They are so knowledgeable, friendly, kind, accommodating, and patient!

Kevin at the St. John office is WONDERFUL!!! Bought a new photo today and Kevin was a great help in explaining EVERTHING!! And walking me through it!! Can't say enough about Kevin and Verizon!!!

You won't find a more helpful tech guy than Diego! He spent time making sure I left with my new phone up and running after an online order the night before was canceled by Verizon and made everything such a pain. The 3 customer service people we had to call need to take lessons from him! (yes 3, because nobody that answered knew what they were doing or didn't want to handle our issues) , especially Emily who was just about as rude and inept as they come! Thanks again Diego for your time and patience! By the way Verizon, put your employees back in the office, listening to dogs barking and kids screaming while I'm trying to resolve an issue you created is extremely annoying and unprofessional!

My daughter gave me a new phone as a gift. The tech guys at Verizon switched from my old phone to my new one and were more than helpful. They were professional and courteous. Unlike the interactions my daughter had with another local Verizon store. The St. John store is terrific!

Have bought multiple phones here over the years and KEVIN is the absolute best!! He is so patient, funny, helpful and quick. He takes the sting out of buying a new cell phone. It used to take forever but he gets you in and out quickly! I won’t go anywhere else…. Unless Kevin does!! Give that man a raise!
