I live in Bettendorf and I choose to stop at this Casey's when I have to work out of town because it's the best one! The employees are always friendly, I've never ever had a bad experience. They're always upbeat and can make my day better just by their niceties. Pizza is always hot and they usually keep it stocked up and I love that they don't just do breakfast pizza in the morning either. One of the best Casey's in the quad cities by far. ~Lillianne

Q C Mart 16’s best feature is the great view of the Mississippi River. Unfortunately, the station is really hard to access from I-80. The bathrooms are not well kept. Since it is the last station heading out of Iowa on I 80 or the first station heading into Iowa on I 80, I may stop here again. But overall, I would not recommend going out of your way to this station. ~Craig

The woman behind the counter was very rude. 4 of us purchasing, 1 friend asks to use the restroom. She is told “we have a bathroom, but it’s private”. There goes that sale, she puts her item down and walks out. I purchase a candle, and when done this cranky woman can’t even say thank you. If not for tourists these small town shops would not survive. What part of that do they not get. ~Jay

Bought a jar of the garlc&sea salt pickles. Got home took a bite and the fire alarm went off. super hot! Nothing on the front of the label to indicate hotness. looked at of ingredients...jalapeno peppers. very disappointed. ~Paul

In the past, they had an employee who was a bit of a chore to work with (and a few reviews here reflect that point in history), but the current team is truly a blessing to work with! They go above and beyond to make sure your items are shipped promptly, and any concerns you might have are addressed. We can't imagine going anywhere else to do our shipping! ~Ryan

The sandwiches were ok. The grilled chicken was a bit salty, and the Reuben was just the filling between two slices of bread (not grilled). A little less than I expected, based on some of the other reviews. ~James

My husband wanted to support small local business and we weren't going to write a review. However, after the response we received from the owner came off quite harsh with no follow through on their part, I decided I might as well help others with a review. I will not be giving them my business again. Direct quotes from our email & the response we received: - "Unfortunately, the flowers that I received did not resemble the bouquet that was posted on your website. I thought I was receiving a clear vase, babies breath, and a dozen roses. However, I received a red vase, no babies breath, a huge ribbon, and an abundance of greenery. The roses were also cute at random lengths. Normally, I would not complain, but I feel as though the amount of money I spent does not reflect the quality of the flowers I received. Also, the bouquet I picked out on your website was not the same arrangement that was delivered. Please consider refunding me for the order." - Owner's response, "the product in the arrangement was valued higher than what was paid. Our dozen roses arranged are 79.99. The red vase I thought was a nicer display for the holiday, we never carry babies breath as we believe it's a cheaper look. It's unfortunate you did not like the extra mile we added to the arrangement as the bow and different lengths of roses. The photos are references and a guideline to all the bouquets. I will be in contact ASAP to pick up the arrangement which should be in good condition and then we can chat about a refund." (We were never contacted, the flowers were never picked up, and we did NOT receive a refund as specified.) Disappointed that we couldn't have been treated kinder. Regardless of a refund, I feel the owner could have responded to us differently. See photo for what we received. ~Jordyn
