just got my oil changed at this location and all of the employees were very nice. the problem I have with this oil change, engine air filter inspection that asked them to do) and the oil filter were the only services done on my vehicle. When I asked to grease the lower ball joints I was informed that their grease gun was broken so they no longer grease the vehicles. I even provided my own oil (because I don't like Pennzoil) and the bill was still over $61. I even saw them use a torque wrench on my drain plug the problem is that it was a torque wrench that goes to 150ft/lbs plus and wont operate correctly at the recommended 15 to 19ft/lbs. I won't be returning to Jiffy lube anytime soon except for when I cant remove my oil drain plug. I am not sure why they used to be a quality place to take your vehicle for a quick/quality service.
