I pulled up and there was only one car ahead of me in the bay, one of the workers came out to tell me it will be another 20 mins or so, I say that's fine. I sit there and wait the 20 mins until another worker came back to get my VIN number and mileage, only to tell me they don't have my filter in stock. So I waited the 20+ mins for absolutely nothing.

Quick and efficient! Loved being able to stay in the car during the oil change. The guys were wonderful. Elmer is extra friendly, explained the process well and was entertaining. I found myself chuckling throughout the oil change. As a female, I’m always nervous I’ll be talked into a more expensive or unnecessary service - but I never once felt that way here. Very happy.

I went to a competive place to have my tires checked due to the low air light came on they only checked with a sensor box and told me I had to replace the senser and the tires were low but ok and they didn't have time for a oil change. I drove right across the street to Jiffy Lube and the 2 attendents were very curtious and checked my tires whice were low put in the air and the light went off. they also checked my oil which they said looked clean and asked why I wanted a oil change. I told them I haven't hit the mileage but did hit the date for change. they explained every thing and I will be back when I hit the millage to that buisness. they both were very poliet and answered all my concerns. A big Kudos out to Ryan and David who made me feel like I was important for them to take the time to explain. They have my buisness from now on. Services: Tires, Oil change

I had a wonderful experience at this Jiffy Lube! The customer service was amazing — everyone was so friendly. Also, they did a great job servicing my vehicle in a very timely manner. Additionally, they were honest! I wasn’t pressured into doing additional services. I really had a good, speedy experience here! Great job all around :)
