Best cable company in Overland Park, Kansas (KS) 2024

I would actually rate this store and it's staff 4 or 5 stars. but, my experience with spectrum overall has been TERRIBLE. while I greatly appreciate they don't put you on hold for an hour before you even talk to someone (like Consolidated), and I love that the people who answer calls actually speak English as their first language, that's where my satisfaction ends. everything else about spectrum absolutely, completely, totally SUCKS. spectrum is so bad it almost makes me think about going back to Consolidated. and that's BAD. ~I
