Best walk in clinic in Overland Park, Kansas (KS) 2024

Disappointed with the service from the MinuteClinic staff. Couldn’t schedule a DOT physical via their website so it was necessary for me to go in the store to schedule an appointment, being that I live close to one I had no problem doing so. However, upon arrival, the kiosk kept malfunctioning and it took a lot longer than was necessary just to get scheduled. I have no problem with being patient, but to make things worse, the lady helping around the MinuteClinic area was just as clueless as I was about the kiosk malfunctions. After returning a few hours later, on time, I was once again struggling at the kiosk except this time the lady was nowhere to be seen! Who knows, for all I know she had enough of the kiosk earlier in the day and wasn’t going to be checking back over there again. In conclusion- failing to get checked in on time forced me to have to reschedule. I expected an easier process. ~Dalton
