When we tried to open a joint account the 5 people in the bank couldnt/wouldn't help us, wouldn't research why the online appointment didn't carry through and the best was the offer that If we have a la4ge enough account t size then a premier banker would be immediately available. Just had that happen again but now at the East store. Why would I transfer large deposits until I see qualiry service at the local level... took our business to Citizens Bank.
