Bith branches are admittedly short handed foe regular bankers. If and only if you transfer a large amount of assets then you can get an immediate appointment and see a premier banker. When we tried to open a joint account the 5 people in the bank couldnt/wouldn't help us, wouldn't research why the online appointment didn't carry through and the best was the offer that If we have a la4ge enough account t size then a premier banker would be immediately available. Just had that happen again but now at the East store. Why would I transfer large deposits until I see qualiry service at the local level... took our business to Citizens Bank. Now transferring investments, business and more to Citizens bank. Personal friendly service minimal wait time. They treated us the same with $1000 or $1mil. ~Jon
