Best cell phone store in Independence, Kentucky (KY) 2024

The manager Josh is ridiculous. We were switching our plan over to Verizon because T-Mobile’s service was just horrible and we called the 1800 number first and they told us we did not need to have his phone paid off in order to switch well the manager told his coworker he didn’t care what they said we had to pay it off. It’s absolutely absurd! I will say the other guy named Chris is a absolute gem and tried to help us out as much as he possibly could. ~Jac
