The manager Josh is ridiculous. We were switching our plan over to Verizon because T-Mobile’s service was just horrible and we called the 1800 number first and they told us we did not need to have his phone paid off in order to switch well the manager told his coworker he didn’t care what they said we had to pay it off. It’s absolutely absurd! I will say the other guy named Chris is a absolute gem and tried to help us out as much as he possibly could.

The Manager is very scatter brained. We were there for 2 hours and they even begged a family to stay so they can get the commission. Never coming to this store again.

I’ve visited this store several times and each time the associates have been more than helpful and prompt. There was a time I couldn’t wait in store and they were able to fix the issue and keep the phone while I went back to work to later come back and get it. If there is only 1 associate working and someone ahead of you has a large order or issue the time can drag out till you’re helped.

When we left boost mobile there was way to many problems with their service. We went to the mall rd T-Mobile store where a girl kept telling us in order to get service with them we needed to buy a phone from her.

How is your store gonna say you didnt get my warranty phone then sign off on saying you did get my phone, but I never got the phone I had to call customer service to have it delivered to my address because somebody in that store is definitely stealing dont trust this location!!

I bought a used phone from someone and TMobile did a really good job making sure that it was in the right condition and making sure that it worked and that nothing was wrong. Also got it hooked up on the promotional offer

Awesome experience! Had a complicated phone situation and Megan was fantastic helping us navigate through it. Was with Verizon for 15+ years and always afraid to leave but the T-Mobile network is also very solid (and cheaper).
