Best car rental agency in Lexington, Kentucky (KY) 2024

Total rip off. I bought a hotel/reantal car package from priceline. Paid for it up front. When I went to pick up the rental car, was charged an addictonal 286. In total 486 including deposit...Had to have the car so I paid it.. Then was ask if I wanted the car insurance.. I did say yes...after my trip was completed, I questioned priceline who then looked into my addictional charges. I was told I would recieve no refund because I purchased the insurance....I did get my deposit back but I don't pay that much insurance no my own car a month, why would it cost 286.00 for a two day trip...don't use Hertz or Dollar.. one in the same. ~Dan
