Best sandwich shop in Midway, Kentucky (KY) 2024

This Subway has some serious staffing issues or slow staff working at this restaurant. I tried the drive thru 2 days in a row and waited at least for 5-10 minutes to take my order. Left and went to McDonalds drive thru and placed my order and received meal in 3 minutes. Your losing customers !!!! ~Lori

Waited over 30 minutes inside after ordering from the kiosk. Got tired of waiting. Asked for a refund. Was told one was processed and it ain't in my account. Worst dining experience of my life. All my kid wanted was a happy meal. I think a national boycott of fast food would get this nonsense together. How dare you? Literally held captive only to be robbed. Enjoy my 23.08, McDonald's. Last of my money you will ever get. I WILL BE BACK FOR MY MONEY. DIRTY thieves. ~Nicholas
