My buns are always stale and cold don't understand why It has to be that way when I'm spending my money there It really hurts my feelings I sure wish they would do something about that I've given them 3 chances and it's been the same way each time I really feel they owe me money

Fries are never cooked long enough they are white, sandwiches are barely warm. Ordered extra pickles and didn’t receive them.

Ice Cream machine is always down.(Sometimes I think they might say that because no one working can make an ice cream cone.) Just a thought.

Got a frozen coke. It could have been bigger but it was good. Wish McDonald's would change their cups back.

Waited over 30 minutes inside after ordering from the kiosk. Got tired of waiting. Asked for a refund. Was told one was processed and it ain't in my account. Worst dining experience of my life. All my kid wanted was a happy meal. I think a national boycott of fast food would get this nonsense together. How dare you? Literally held captive only to be robbed. Enjoy my 23.08, McDonald's. Last of my money you will ever get. I WILL BE BACK FOR MY MONEY. DIRTY thieves.

Most unorganized place I've ever been. I had to repeat my order about 5 times and it still ended up being wrong. Worst of all the women completely forgot to give my card back and I hadn't realized until I got miles away. I called back and they didn't answer until the 2 time. Absolutely awful

1. The breakfast here is amazing. It's ALWAYS hot, fresh, and delicious!! 2. The staff at this location is so friendly. They are well-trained, and the guy who took my order said "cool beans" and I appreciated the humor. In addition, the attitude the staff had working Christmas Eve was fantastic. Everybody did great. This is my FAVORITE McDonald's EVER and I am loyal to this location. I don't know who runs this place but they deserve to be recognized. 3. Speed of service and order accuracy has been spot on every time I have come here. Thank you Midway McDonald's, my guys here are great. THANK YOU
