Good, but not as good as it used to be. There's nothing wrong with the food in fact it's always tasty, but the overall experience just not quite worth the money. One of the main reason for losing one star is the wine. Heirloom features a long but uninspired wine list of mostly $65-$85 bottles of primarily California/new world style reds. This makes it hard to me to find pairings; Couple this with the higher than usual mark up, the bill at the end of the meal made me wonder if I should not have picked Holly Hill. I do like the small plate menu they have implemented.

Made reservations for Saturday afternoon and enjoyed a lovely experience. The service was superb and the food and cocktails were delicious! I recommend the crab cake sandwich, French fries, and bloody Mary. My mom and aunt loved the chicken livers too!

This is our new favorite restaurant. We celebrated a birthday, there. The food was out of side; our waiter was very professional with a great personality. We will go back!

Had a delicious lunch. My husband had a crab cake sandwich and it came with coleslaw on the sanwich and my husband said it was delicious. I had blackened redfish sandwich and it was delicious. Reservations a good idea because the restaurant was full. The waitress was friendly and personable.

Located in historic downtown Midway, this restaurant is a nice find for an out of the way dining experience that is too far from Lexington - only about 20-25 minutes drive. The food and service are both excellent. We had the cream of asparagus soup and spinach salad with warm bacon dressing to start. The salad was large enough to share and very good. Soup very good also. We had the ricotta dumplings and the fried chicken as entrees. Both were excellent, and arrived at the table hot and fresh. The only downside was the sound level- it was very loud the night that we visited. Overall it's a winner.

We’ve never had a bad meal or service at Heirloom! The food is simply amazing with the quality, presentation and proportions are spot on! Treat yourself with a beautiful drive to Midway, do a little shopping and enjoy some great food at this local restaurant!

Our second time dining here and the food remained excellent. Be prepared for more unique flavor combinations. Creative and fresh. Appreciated the free dessert to celebrate our anniversary!

Going out and picking a spot for an anniversary is really tough sometimes and I got this recommendation from someone I look up to. I couldn't be any happier. The service was wonderful, their drink selection is on par with the quality of the food. What you see pictured is the escargot, beef filet, and squid ink bucatini. Excellent from start to finish.

Recently had lunch there on a Saturday. Pleasant, comfortable restaurant, nicely decorated. Accoustics are good meaning you can have a quiet conversation even when it's crowded. Food was very good, especially the creme brulee for desert. Waitstaff did an excellent job. Best service we've experienced anywhere. We plan to return.
