We started going to Dr. Ashley Claunch and Dr. Nancy McGregor for a second opinion on one of our cats to get as much information and care for her as possible in a very difficult time and we loved them so much we stayed on as regular patients with all our cats. The staff and Doctors are compassionate, sweet, and personable. We've had some difficult cases with our cats but they are there each time to offer expert advice, information, and tender care in the worst of times. I would never expect a Doctor or Vet to call me after hours on her own time but Dr.McGregor did just that when one of my sweet but not so bright orange boys potentially swallowed a foreign body. They all go above and beyond and we see that and appreciate you all!

They actually care about the fur babies instead of just the money. No they are not the cheapest around but not expensive either. They are really nice and amazing, this is my fur babies vet for life. They also know what they are talking about with animals.

Been with Dr. Mcgregor at Midway Small Animal Clinic since 2002. Now we also have Dr. Ashley who is awesome. There is no other veterinary clinic! Caring, compassionate, expert care.

They are so nice, and really professional as well. They will take the time to answer your questions, help you with whatever you or your fur baby needs. And they aren't outrageous with the prices of services or vaccines or anything. Very reasonable. You can tell they love animals there. They know animals i will be taking my fur baby here no matter if I move out of midway or not. 😁

I've been there several times and every time I call, I'm treated with respect, always kind and helpful. When I arrive they are always kind and they work with you with any issues and are attentive and they really show they care there. Every time I've gone it's been a good experience and they make sure you have everything you need to make your fur baby feels better. Very impressed with them and I will always go back. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Dr. McGregor is the bomb!!!! She has the touch and heart to put fur babies and their parents at ease. She is an excellent vet! Been going to her for over 14 years! I recommend her very highly!!!!

In addition to very professional, friendly staff and very personable and knowledgeable veterinarian this clinic is affordable! Our dog has needed a dental service for quite some time but prices at my prior veterinary clinic were very high. We could not put it off any longer and our precious pup also had some other issues. The dental service, x-ray, office visit and meds total were 1/3 of what the dental service alone would’ve cost at my prior Vet! Highly recommend!!

Just like "All Creatures Great and Small" Very personal and caring clinic that has a "home town" feel! Dr. McGregor has solved difficult medical problems and done almost impossible surgeries on my small pets!
