This Subway has some serious staffing issues or slow staff working at this restaurant. I tried the drive thru 2 days in a row and waited at least for 5-10 minutes to take my order. Left and went to McDonalds drive thru and placed my order and received meal in 3 minutes. Your losing customers !!!! ~Lori

Waited over 30 minutes inside after ordering from the kiosk. Got tired of waiting. Asked for a refund. Was told one was processed and it ain't in my account. Worst dining experience of my life. All my kid wanted was a happy meal. I think a national boycott of fast food would get this nonsense together. How dare you? Literally held captive only to be robbed. Enjoy my 23.08, McDonald's. Everything was going swimmingly after Earl, the old manager, retired. I was no longer be hassled for reasons that could be justly generalized as petty, the most prominent of which being me not ascribing on my packages the PO box number my mother registered in her name for her business' activities. Now, after having just come back from a vacation, I received a quasi-thesis concerning my continued decision to not ship something to a PO box that does not belong to me -- multiple pages of rambling. Their reason being, "We live under the same address (therefore, we must share a PO box)." Now, they're *threatening me* by stating that they will return any packages of mine that don't contain addressment to the PO box *that I do not own,* irrespective of the fact that they have demonstrated and are quite obviously capable of holding packages in their massive, desolate main office. Moreover, frustratingly, but understandably, I don't have autonomous access to the PO box in question either, which has further convoluted things. I feel for Jennifer and Tracy, as they are great people who were doing amazingly by themselves; now, however, they are proverbially held under duress by another unempathetic manager and need to fight against their intuition of treating others with respect in favor of apparently illogical regulations. Why neither of them were promoted to the position of manager is beyond me. ~Active

My husband and I walked in the door about 12:55 PM. We stood there for a few minutes looking around and then was told that they would be closing in three minutes. My husband wanted a hotdog but they said they had already been put away I wanted an ice cream with fudge. I was told that the fudge it already been put in the refrigerator. It was very disappointing. There was three, very anxious to leave, young teenagers running the place. At 1 PM they shut the doors and left. They had already done everything to close the store before the bell tolled1 o’clock. ~Vicki

We’ve never had a bad meal or service at Heirloom! The food is simply amazing with the quality, presentation and proportions are spot on! Treat yourself with a beautiful drive to Midway, do a little shopping and enjoy some great food at this local restaurant! ~Brian

We started going to Dr. Ashley Claunch and Dr. Nancy McGregor for a second opinion on one of our cats to get as much information and care for her as possible in a very difficult time and we loved them so much we stayed on as regular patients with all our cats. The staff and Doctors are compassionate, sweet, and personable. We've had some difficult cases with our cats but they are there each time to offer expert advice, information, and tender care in the worst of times. I would never expect a Doctor or Vet to call me after hours on her own time but Dr.McGregor did just that when one of my sweet but not so bright orange boys potentially swallowed a foreign body. They all go above and beyond and we see that and appreciate you all! ~Tina
