I really like this store, I've visited the past 2 nights while in town an both night's were 3rd shift visits, a different employee each night, both were So Nice, Friendly, Helpful, Talkative, and Informative. You don't find many friendly register Clerk's working behind the counter now day's, so management of this particular store should b pleased with themselves in the decision to hire both employees whom wrk 3rd shift, worked last night an tonight, the female 2nite I ckd tell was younger, She was both knowledgeable an informative of question's I had concerning speedy rewards, points, surveys, and pricing of different merchandise in the store. ~Nicole

We ordered a dryer online it was going to come out of the MT sterling store. Three times our order was rescheduled without warning and zero communication. We ordered our dryer in May. After over several weeks of rearranging our schedules with the zero communication of the reschedule from the store and the zero communication as well we finally called to get to the bottom of the issue. Trying to get in touch with the manager was impossible. The appliances employee Ian would just hang up and refused to let us talk to the manager Corey. We just wanted to know what was going on with our order as it was supposed to be delivered 3 weeks ago. We have ordered plenty of appliances from Lowes all have come from the Richmond location and we have had nothing but wonderful experiences with them. We thought we were going to get the same quality and professional experience with the MT sterling location. Out of spite Ian cancelled our order, Corey refused to speak to us just letting Ian handle the issue. We were told deal with the Louisville location if we wanted the dryer we actually wanted. That is the distributor over 2 hours away. We decided that we would try the Richmond location. We ordered one that day after waiting almost a month now on the MT sterling location. We once again got the same quality we always expected from Richmond. We were able to pick up a dryer the next morning. Do not go here for any of your appliance needs. Go to the Richmond location. The people at the MT sterling location are just interested in doing nothing an collecting a paycheck. I hope corporate does some investigating on what type of people they hire and the professionalism of management. ~Dayna

I would give it a 0 for today's foolishness if I could. Ordered this online to pick up curbside. Didn't realize until I got home that this was the condition it was in when they put it in the back of my SUV. The box and the item were both severely damaged ... and they tried to pass it off to me 🤬🤬🤬 I will be checking items before I leave from now on. ~Jenny

(This happened back in Dec 2021, review just didn't post) Was charged for 14 days and gas when I returned the car after 13 days. I have proof of this also. I actually took a pic of the location and the day and time my rental was taken back at the Mt Sterling location and the statement I received has me returning it the following day at a different location and charging me for gas when it was checked the day of the return. It also only had a half a tank when I picked it up. Turns out I had left an item in the trunk so needed to return back to the location where I returned it and Turns out that one of the employees, took the car home that night , drove it to another location thr following day to pick up another rental and this was the reason I was charged for all the extras. Beware I have more to add to this and would like for someone to PLEASE CONTACT ME ~charlotte

Every time my friends and I go to this Sephora we constantly feel like we’re being followed, it’s like they’re accusing us of stealing. Very rude associates as well, we could over hear them talking about us and when we looked at them they stopped talking. This is a pandemic but an associate was so close to my friend that she could hear them breathing. Unacceptable behavior. We have never been treated like this at another Sephora, this is also not the first time this has happened. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want to feel uncomfortable the whole time you’re there. ~Abby

I love the Merle Norman in Mt. Sterling! The layout and design of the shop relects a modern and chic boutique. The cosmetics and skin care line is very reasonably priced and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. ~Megan
