(This happened back in Dec 2021, review just didn't post) Was charged for 14 days and gas when I returned the car after 13 days. I have proof of this also. I actually took a pic of the location and the day and time my rental was taken back at the Mt Sterling location and the statement I received has me returning it the following day at a different location and charging me for gas when it was checked the day of the return. It also only had a half a tank when I picked it up. Turns out I had left an item in the trunk so needed to return back to the location where I returned it and Turns out that one of the employees, took the car home that night , drove it to another location thr following day to pick up another rental and this was the reason I was charged for all the extras. Beware I have more to add to this and would like for someone to PLEASE CONTACT ME

I have used enterprise car rentals many times in the past, but this was the first time using the Mount Sterling location. It was also the ONLY time I have had a bad experience. I noticed I did not get my $50 deposit refunded back to my account, so I called the location. The manager was very rude, and insisted they did not owe me a deposit because I called (instead of coming in) to see about extending my rental for another day. I explained to him that the person I talked to told me it was no problem at all, and even gave me the option of coming in to get my original deposit back, and paying another deposit with a different type of payment, or just billing my account on file. I said it didn’t matter, which ever way it was easier. So they billed my account. Apparently, that was not protocol (according to the manager), so I lost my $50 deposit. I hope that $50 was worth it, because they lost a customer. Hopefully he he uses that $50 to pay for a class on how to practice good customer service!

My Mom actually bought Her New Car from here about a month ago. It was a pleasant experience, we were treated respectfully, allowed test drives. The Sales Associate here provided financing options for My Mom, helped Us make all the right, reasonable decisions that Mom needed to make, went over all vehicles warranty and maintenance information in understandable laymen's terms so Mom was able to follow understanding easily. We were both extremely with Her purchase, the service we received and Her New Car!

Employee was very polite and did a good job. We were told the car had been washed earlier and sanitized. Though there was several spots from bird "residue" and the black carpets looked clean enough, we didn't notice until the sun started peeking through the clouds that the windshield was very cloudy and smeared both inside and out. It is important that windshields are clean to prevent visibility problems that could result in accidents. While it's possible that the sanitization product caused these smearings, this is something that needs to be addressed in the future. Overall, we are happy with our rentals from Enterprise since we always rent from Enterprise locations on our RV trips.

Would not recommend, have been let down TWICE, not again. Daughter made reservations one day with one agent, went to pick up next day with another agent, first agent hadn’t put in info for unhelpful second agent, so no vehicle and no interest of helping with one. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. We need more competition and more professional people to deal with customers. Very upset!

Our autos have just enough miles that it is a piece of mind thing to rent a vehicle to travel 9 hours. They will set you up with a vehicle that should suit your needs. We have always made reservations a couple of weeks before we intended to pick up a car, but they could probably get something with just a few days notice.

One of the best rental places I have ever had the privelage to use. They treat you like family, always warm and welcoming. Amanda is phenomenal and always has a smile on her face and an amazing attitude. I love this location and the staff!

Rented a car while mine was in the body shop to repair damage from being hit while parked in the driveway. The associates were friendly & professional. Worked to find a comparable vehicle to replace mine. Gave a good review of what was normal wear & tear compared to what I would have to pay for if the vehicle was damaged. Vehicle was clean, started easily, ride was good. On returning the car the associates were again friendly & professional. Walked around car to check for damage (none by me), logged there mileage & fuel level. Since I saw different associates picking up & returning I'm going to say that there is a high value placed on customer service at this location. Give them a try if you need to rent a vehicle.

Very poor experience in regards to both reliability and service of this location. Had a week long vacation planned and had car rental reserved nearly 6 weeks ahead of time. Confirmed reservation twice, including the Friday before pickup on Saturday at 11 am. Informed around 10 am that there were no cars available and likely would be til Monday before they had any. No solutions, no contacting other locations..nothing. Unacceptable to have a reservation and not honor it. I personally called 5 other locations prior to the bluegrass airport (1 hr away) and they had large amount of cars and very accommodating contact on phone. Unsure of why they couldn't have had vehicles available at mt sterling location prior to Saturday. Ended up driving to airport to get a car. Will not rent from this location again.

I always receive excellent service from this location. Staff are extremely professional from the location manager down to the drivers. Within reasonable notice my needs have always been met without issue. I am always contacted prior to scheduled pickup time to make sure I am ready and my vehicle is always the size I expect or something better. I am never asked to take a smaller vehicle. In short, from this location I receive always dependable, professional service.
