Every time my friends and I go to this Sephora we constantly feel like we’re being followed, it’s like they’re accusing us of stealing. Very rude associates as well, we could over hear them talking about us and when we looked at them they stopped talking. This is a pandemic but an associate was so close to my friend that she could hear them breathing. Unacceptable behavior. We have never been treated like this at another Sephora, this is also not the first time this has happened. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want to feel uncomfortable the whole time you’re there.

Lovely little boutique inside JCPenney. Two associates talking, one putting makeup on herself and refused to help because I did not make an appointment on line. Really? No one in the place, employee can put makeup on herself but won't help me. Big loss. I am traveling and lost my makeup bag. Big loss.

Whitney was super helpful. And it is a nice and clean Sephora. Fun, fun, fun store with upbeat feel. Love the variety, but I do wish they carried Lancome.

Such sweet staff, very neat and organized products. The testers are never too used up or dirty. Just over-all a super clean, friendly and relaxed environment. Best Sephora I've been to.
