The owner-manager became irate and disrespectful because I was using the sink to get water, mind you I was told to get it from one of the employees. He expected me to drop my water bottle and reach over boxes and a counter. No costumer service and they wanted to charge 1 dollar for water.

Do NOT enter unless you want to risk being falsely accused of stealing food. Honestly, you can't make this up..I was refused service by an older white lady in glasses bc I "looked at her"..she legit interrupts my transaction and says, "you're the one who walked out w a sandwich the other day..that's why you looked at me..Don't serve him!" Mind you, I practically tripped over a homeless dude to enter, the place is a literal zoo inside, my Limited edition pickup is parked in plain view of the register, and I have over $150 in my wallet. Turns out, I'm not the first to have something like this happen..according to previous reviews, this same lady is stealing food and either overcharging other unsuspecting people for it, as it turns out in my case, blaming random customers who walk in and "look at her." What the literal F--k!!! Hey GM, try reading the reviews of your store and get a clue about what your employees are actually doing.

This isn't really a review. It's a complaint and my goal is to be noticed. I came in thur Nov 21 at 1:15 am. A caucasian lady around age 50 rang in my two drinks which should have totalled 3.00. I noticed she rang in a snickers and then kept it and let me pay for it right in front of my face. I guess I didn't make a fuss because I assumed she wouldn't do something like that but in retrospect that feels wrong it feels like she was just stealing from me. It's not a large amount of money but it does feel like being stolen from.

Every time I go in people ask me to buy food for them. Not really anything the store can do (I guess?) But i can't deal with the frequency any more.

Store is usually dirty, soda fountain tastes strange like they've never cleaned it properly. Last time I was in there the guy tried to overcharge me for a drink refill and I pointed it out, then he said "you'll pay that or you'll leave without it" so I left. Won't be returning, there are two better stores less than a minute away.

Horrible customer service at this store. There's always multiple workers just hanging out behind the register with only one check out. The girls are always cussing and not presenting themselves as if they are at work. It's sad a store could have such poor customer service. Definitely worst 7/11 I have been to.
