The ratings make perfect sense. I’m giving it a one star vs. 2 that I’m mostly seeing on here due to the incredibly incompetent and rude staff here. I complained to corporate that just keeps connecting me to the CO regional manager after several complaints and excuses just keep getting made after the first time I spoke with her. They keep sending me messages refilling prescriptions that don’t have refills and run out of the one I need. The regional manager told me she would look into my profile with the store manager but I keep getting excuses as to why I’m not hearing back from anybody. I switched my prescription back to the Green Mountain location and it’s a bit better but call as soon as the store opens if you have questions or you can’t get through in a reasonable time frame. The regional manager has yet to return my call last week after she told me the issues here are being addressed. I keep getting excuses. This month is my last attempt at any Walgreens again based on my experiences here but this location has been the worst. The pharmacy manager is incompetent and nasty. I hope the regional manager actually has to do something now after corporate sees these complaints. She seems to be making a lot of excuses… that’s if you even get a call back. Update: since I left this review I have yet to hear back for a resolution. I keep getting automated messages from the Green Mountain location for refills I don’t have. I had to block the number. I highly recommend calling your insurance company and ask if they have mail orders. I did and I was paying approximately 40 a month here for a 30 day supply. My insurance company now mails me a 90 day supply for 10. I’m saving so much money and frustration from lines and INCREDIBLY incompetent and most of the time rude staff. Also, I sent my final complaint to corporate months ago with no call back. I hope Walgreens goes permanently out of business.

Absolutely amazing with Olivia. She really helped with my return and made sure my account was up to date. Any questions I had, she answered which was beyond what I could ask. Linnea was lovely as well. She was customer service oriented and really holds herself with joy. These employees uphold the Walgreens philosophy and are extremely helpful. One improvement could be staffing, though I know it may be difficult. I am patient…. although I saw theft which is unfortunate. The staff did well at helping the right people out and making the paying customers a priority.

Lack of customer service. The manager was terribly rude. An item rang up at an incorrect price and when I mentioned this, her response was very rude" did you put in your phone number ? I responded " no that information would have been helpful from the start of the transaction. I put in my number and no change in price. I let her know that the sale price was not appearing. Her response was....Well then its Not on sale! I explained to her that there is a sign on the shelf, do I need to go and get it? She said yes. Not let's go check or I'll have someone do a price check.I said nevermind cancel my purchase. I began to exit and returned to speak to a manager. She said that she was the manager. Well she is a very rude manager and I will no longer shop there. What an easy solution to fix and she missed the mark.

DO NOT COME HERE. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They close the inside when they feel like it and the drive through is about an hour wait. Rude staff and they are constantly out of medications. By far the worst walgreens around. The 15-20 min drive somewhere else is worth it.

This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever been too. The lobby is always closed. If you need to get extra items and also get your prescriptions, forget it. You have to go through the drive thru. They never have prescriptions ready, even when the doctors office call it in. They constantly put you on hold for at least 15 mins. The general and district manager need to be fired

Worst pharmacy EVER! If you’re looking for a pharmacy save yourself time and mental stress. The phone hold time is at minimum an hour. They will answer repeatedly and put you back on hold without saying a word. Lines are insane and it takes forever to get your medication. This happens every time, and is extremely frustrating! Time to just make a longer commute and change pharmacy’s!

Currently on hold trying to make sure my prescription is ready(while I'm stuck home with covid) for my friend to pick up, who is currently six cars deep in the drive through. I've been on hold for 30+mins and I hear them pick up and place me back on hold... repeatedly. A polite hi, could you wait a few more minutes is far less rude. Update: took a total of 48min to ask a question that took less than 3min to answer

Horrible. I called this pharmacy a week ago and was promised that they can fill my partial prescription (and get it transferred from a previous Walgreens pharmacy) since another Walgreens didn’t have my prescription in stock. Didn’t hear anything for a week, so I called and they don’t have my prescription/info in file?? Then I was told that other the Walgreens pharmacy still had my prescription… which they didn’t anymore since it was already transferred to the new location… and now this new Walgreens is trying to re-fill another prescription when they haven’t even completed my partial prescription. Terrible customer service as well.

Im giving this Walgreens location a high rating mostly because of the Pharmacy Techs and employees. This is not the location closest to my house but I go here because they are so kind and understanding. Sometimes my insurance and prescription get mixed up and if I go off my meds for even a day my personality starts going downhill. So always being met with kindness , understanding and a helpful attitude goes a long way when Im feeling my worst. They know how to provide great customer service to people with physical and mental conditions which is what I need from my local pharmacy as someone who is on long term medication.

This is quite literally the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I have never spent less than an hour picking up my prescriptions here and every single time all of their staff has the worst possible customer service is rude disrespectful and not helpful in anyway. I would highly recommend never filling a prescription here. It would be a good idea to replace some of your pharmacy staff.
