The process here is very meticulous and they don't suggest stuff you might not need. I replaced my air filters about a month ago and while they were checked, there was no garbage about needing to replace them. Each system was checked and confirmed checked by two technicians so everything's curvy when you leave the work bay. It's fast, professional and precise as well as competitively priced, especially when they send coupons regularly. Top marks! ~Michael

Absolutely the worst service and customer service I have ever used!!! They couldn't activate my phone after they confirmed they could. I pay the $100 and my phone didn't work and they wouldn't refund me or put it towards another phone!!! I wouldn't ever recommend this service from this Paducah store! ~Chelsea

Pretty unfriendly staff, long checkout lines. Hate the self checkout!! Store had an unremarkable produce department, store was hard to navigate. I much prefer the Harrisburg, IL Kroger to either Paducah Krogers. ~Talina
