Absolutely the worst service and customer service I have ever used!!! They couldn't activate my phone after they confirmed they could. I pay the $100 and my phone didn't work and they wouldn't refund me or put it towards another phone!!! I wouldn't ever recommend this service from this Paducah store!

I have tried every wireless phone company in Paducah including Verizon and T-Mobile. They guaranteed their phone services would work where I live and they did not. Then they tried to send me an outrageous bill for services I didn’t even get. Cricket is the only one who has absolutely worked 100% of the time and I have never regretted switching to cricket and they’re actually cheaper than everybody else and I love my cricket wireless! I absolutely recommend them to anyone in the Paducah area.

The store manager is amazing!! The phone I wanted wasn’t in stock in Murray, and they didn’t offer to order it. She said it was out of stock but could probably get it. She made a phone call, and ordered the phone that fit my needs right away. Awesome customer service!!

I've never had but the best out of the employees at their store's and I've been to both that I've got near me. Always have met my needs far and beyond. I've tried other companies but I think I will stick with cricket wireless from now on.
