I purchased a nose L ring “14K gold” today and they told me it’s final purchase and I just wonder why. Second bad experience from this store🤯 worse purchase ever. This ring can’t be used as a nose ring at all. Not gold at alllllllllll, too thin too short. No wonder they won’t open and show u and it’s final sale.

Very professional, friendly, followed covid protocol! Great location ! I would reccomend the Piercing Pagoda at Wheaton location. Can be reached by Metro, Public transportation. Parking was easy !

I really do not do this. However the associate that was there on this day on me writing this post was really inappropriate. I will continue to go to this location ,however customer service should be the number one priority.

I’ve purchased a few things on several occasions from this location. All of the associates are so pleasant and very knowledgeable about the exchange and refund policies! Definitely get the warranty, their policy for broken jewelry is so good!! The manager is very sweet and recommended a lot of beautiful pieces that I ended up getting as gifts for my mom which she ended up loving. 5/5 customer service & quality

Wonderful selection of jewelry backed with a warranty if anything goes wrong. Associates are very knowledgeable on the different items in the store and really dedicate to try and find the perfect jewelry match for you. Highly recommend!

HORRIBLE!!!! Went in to do a return of an item i had just got literally two hours ago. The most rudest associate was there. When i explained the situation of why i was returning she quickly got an attitude when she heard the words return out my mouth! She said I'd have to go back to the store i originally got it from that she wouldn't do the return. Just completely refusing, wasn't giving a real reason. She calls the store i originally got the item from won't explain why, isn't telling me anything. I decide I'll call customer service on my own while still there, while I'm on the phone she decides to start talking about me to her i guess co worker. My boyfriend heard everything and confronted her about it and she decides to just stay quiet. Ive never had any issues, she could have offered another solution but no she just wasn't going to do the return. I have never been belittled like that in my life and all because i wanted to make a return at a location that was more convenient for me. The ladies name was JASMINE and she's the store manager!! BEWARE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Friend and I impulsively decided to get cartilage piercings done here (by piercing gun). We should've done more research on piercings and chosen a better spot. Huge mistake as both of our piercings were very obviously infected after a few days despite using the ear care solution they gave us and cleaning per their instructions. The associate/manager also upsold us on the jewelry stating that the stainless steel pieces we originally wanted were terrible for healing piercings which we learned was a lie. She suggested we buy more expensive sterling silver pieces that were better for healing so we agreed. Learned a few days after that sterling silver is exactly the kind of metal you don't want for new piercings. Very disappointed.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE!! The quality is beyond cheap (hence they are mainly mall stands) and sell "gold" bracelets for $90. I purchased a bracelet from this stand two weeks ago and my bracelet already broke. I couldn't believe it. I've bought jewelry from Kay's, Zales, etc and it last forever. NOT THIS PLACE!!! When I called about exchanging it or getting my money back, they told me I couldn't because I didn't get the warranty on it. I don't have my receipt however I still have the box I purchased it in. I talked with the store and even customer care. They won't replace it . Please do not go here !! It's horrible !! Real and quality jewelry would not break within 2 weeks. The company is trash.

Honestly I feel a little swindled. I should've done more research on jewelry and piercings before coming to get a piercing because one of the reps fed me lies so that I would buy something more expensive. There were also added charges to my total that I didn't notice until later. She verbally gave me a total which I agreed to and didn't give me a receipt until after it was done and there was magically $20 more on things that I didn't agree to. The piercings were also lopsided unfortunately.
