I was furious with the service I originally had received when I made my initial purchase. I actually called & complained about the GM & the lack of answers I was getting, However Alioune Fall took care of my problem & got me the glasses that I actually needed. I was getting impatient & he reassured me he was on top of it. Love my new glasses!

BEWARE IF YOU HAVE EYE EXAM HERE! They let you make appointment on the website and come there just to hear that "the doctor is not available today, please reschedule or so." So unprofessional! They also let me know about one computer not working properly. After having issues scheduling eye exam appointment at different locations, I came here after a long drive and fell into the same issue as other places. Please, please, in the future, if you don't have your doctor/equipments ready, please don't take appointments, and let your patients know!

Great Experience!! I picked up my glasses today and am very pleased with my glasses after not being able to see with I'm previous ones...the eye exam was on point and she new what she was talking about and the lady who assisted me when picking them up was very pleasant and welcoming. Thank you all for the great customer service. I almost forgot, the turnaround was quick as well!!

So appreciate the superior customer service by Kevin Morales. He went the extra mile to get to the bottom of insurance coverage discrepancies and explain everything that no one else took the time/effort to do in other stores. If only other brick and mortar stores would recognize that customer experience is the only remaining advantage they have over online shopping, they'd have something worth visiting. Kudos to Kevin and team for seeing the value in good service.

I scheduled my appt online for an eye exam as a new patient and wanted a prescription for my contact lenses. When I arrived to the store, it was a little busy but I was helped by a female staff member that took care of me. Check in could be a little more organized but the quickness of my appt made up for it. Dr. Pham did my general eye exam and provided me with my contact lens prescription. I noticed when I placed my order online that they were able to verify it within the same day, which allowed 1800contacts to ship right away. Was super impressed by their quickness and I received my order in like 4 days. I will be back for sure!

My eye appointment went well, although I think they should tell you that the doctor isn't actually there. She was virtual. I ordered contacts and they are horrible. Blurrier than my old prescription and I can't wear them. I've been trying to contact them for a week and can't get through. They should have already contacted me anyway to check since these contacts are trials and I've paid for a full order. I'm currently on the phone waiting as I type this. I've been on hold for 15 mins so far - and this is my fourth time trying. I wish I went somewhere else. I've never not been able to get back in touch with the doctor.....OR ANYONE. UPDATE!!!! One month later and still no contacts. They rescheduled my appointment without speaking with me. Then the day of the appointment they called me to make sure I was going to be on time because I was the last appointment. This location is absolutely ABSURD!!!! The doctor just gave up and said she would just finalize a previous prescription. Now that I've tried to order contacts, they won't speak with the vendor. First they said call back in 15 minutes because their busy, THEN they vendor heard them laughing and talking about her (they thought she was on hold). She hung up and called back and now they won't pick up. In the meantime, I NEED CONTACTS!!!! Again, this location is ABSURD and I warn everyone to stay away. Anywhere has to be better than this. This is an example of a company that doesn't care!!

Workers will not acknowledge you when you walk through the doors. I was going to wait in the “eye exam” area b/c thats what I was there for but was told no to wait in the front. Whats really irritating is the lack of communication on how long the wait will be. I walked out after just standing there and not receiving any updates on my appointment.

Worst services, lack of communication. Wait for 45 minutes with appointment, after ask them how long do I have to wait! They said another 45 minutes or 1 hours due to short staff or doctors! They should have told me that when I walk in to the door, I dont have time to waste. Really bad services here! They ask me if I want to come back next time? I wont be back rather go somewhere else.

First off I am new to the area and I picked this from my VSP provider list. I’m glad I chose this place. I made the appointment online (super convenient and easy to do) and they send you a text and email reminders all of which I need. The lady who greeted me was super nice and Ethan made my experience at Vision Work extremely memorable. Dr. Pham is my favorite Dr. and she is super knowledgeable and professional. I have glasses since 10 and my previous prescription was a little off and I still see double. Now with Dr. Pham’s new prescription I can clearly see and my astigmatism is gone! Went in Thursday for the first time with them & I must say from the moment I walked in to the moment I left I had received great customer service ! I had a great experience.
