So my father brought a truck tire to Southern for a valve stem replacement yesterday. My father knew the valve stem was bad and told the service man. Upon picking up the tire today, the service man advised they had changed the valve stem and did not charge us. Upon arrival back to the house, after jacking up RV, and taking multiple tires off, my father sprayed the valve with soap water. The soap water showed the same bad leak, which meant they lied to us and did not change the valve stem. Long story short, Southern Tire sucks big time and they wasted our day. Go to Goodyear across the street. Way better service. ~Joseph

hope you don't have to use the bathroom if you're having car trouble. they don't let the public go to their restroom, just hold it ..if you really have to go. maybe go spend next door and see if they will let you go. ~sicc
