hope you don't have to use the bathroom if you're having car trouble. they don't let the public go to their restroom, just hold it ..if you really have to go. maybe go spend next door and see if they will let you go.

If there are enough employees in the store, they are always doing something else other than checking out customers... They seem to always wait until the line is going halfway through the store before opening a register. I used to go to this AutoZone once a week or more, but now i make a longer drive to a different store that has good management.

This place is easy to get to and the manager is awesome! He had so much patience with me and helped me track down my ignition coil. I highly recommend this place. I'm a member if their rewards program, I recommend you join as well. I get a $20 store credit for like every $100 I spend. If you're a mechanic, choose this place and join the AutoZone club.

James is awesome. He came out to look at my car, I thought I was missing a hose & needed to replace it. Turns out, the place that changed my oil put the hose back on in the wrong place. James put it back correctly. Thank you Autozone, for hiring helpful, honest & knowledgeable employees! Its the reason I always go to Autozone! Thank you James & Autozone in Algiers!

I have revised my review because this location really does care about its customers. Very poor service at this location. I was at the register ready to check out. One employee was busy looking up a part for a customer. The other employee comes up from the back and completely ignores me and turned his back to me. I dropped the items on the counter and walked out. Not going to beg to spend my money anywhere. I have to update and edit this review for all fairness. It seems that this location has gotten rid of this particular employee and has hired a few very helpful employees. I have revised to five stars and I am thankful that this business cares enough about its customers to make changes.

I have been to this location a couple times now and each time Walter B provided me with excellent customer service. Sensational! He took the time to really help me find the right items that I needed without making me feel that I was taking up his time unnecessarily. He is what great customer service is all about and to be honest if all employees there exhibited his professionalism and dedication it wouldn't take long before they would be the very best location around. This guy deserves a raise NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Great job Walter B!
