welcome to the most unpleasant pharmacist. Manager voice was very loud. I had to ask who she was talking too. supposedly my medicine was not found. Blaming on the system too old and slow.

One of the worst CVS pharmacy’s I been too. They don’t even deserve one star. Doctor sent the prescription so went a few hours later to pick it up. The First Lady I talked to said it will be ready in 30 min as she told EVERYONE THAT WENT UP. So I went and sat down to wait. Came up on a little past 30 min and still haven’t got a call. I went up and someone else came over and I informed him that I was waiting on my prescription and that the one lady told me it would be ready in half an hour. He right away goes oh I think its out of stock. I SAT THERE FOR HALF AN HOUR. And then the guy wasn’t sure what to do next and nobody else came up to talk to me or help. I wouldn’t recommend this CVS.

Does anyone in corporate care about the CVS on Edgewood Hill in York Pa. The people that work in the front of the store are wonderful. It is a shame they are being compared to this CVS. The pharmacy is terrible!!! The people in the pharmacy are rude they treat you like dirt. My doctor sent a script in for a sinus infection I didn't hear anything for 2 days 'I called and was told oh we don't have that it's on back order I don't know when we will get it. If we don't have it, I am sure the other stores don't have it either. I ask should I call another pharmacy I was told yes. I called my doctor's office it was called to another pharmacy not a CVS my script was ready in 15min. The next morning, I get a text from CVS Edgewood that my script is ready. I have tried calling them several times no one answers to tell them I got it elsewhere as they told me to do. Fast forward to 9/28/22 that was on Thur. I needed a script filled that I have been getting for years. I put the call in on the automated line it said my script would be filled by Mon 10/3/22. I didn't hear anything about it being filled so I tried to call Tues 10/4/22 three times on hold no answer. Tried again 10/5/22 no answer. Now I have 1 pill left so I called my doctor's office to transfer my script to another pharmacy. I have used this CVS for years I can't believe how the pharmacy people still have jobs. If it continues there will not be a CVS pharmacy at this location for them to work. I know they are busy and sometimes don't have enough help, but I have been in there when there is 4 people working and the phone rings and ring's also have heard rude comments made about customers. I would give 5 stars to the employees in the store and 0 to the pharmacy but I have to give 1 star to post.

Waiting 30 minutes for someone to answer a call is ridiculous. This isn't the first time I have tried and tried to get someone on the line. How about picking up a phone?! Really thinking about going to Rite Aid... Gave them 1 more try and have waited nearly 4 hours for two scripts to be filled. Store employee said the pharmacist is terrible. I agree!!

The CVS pharmacy on Edgewood Rd (17402) employees the most unprofessional and rudest people you will ever encounter. They often do not have certain prescription medications and although that is by no fault of their own, they suggest you “ride around to other CVS stores to see if anyone else has the prescription you need!” Really??? They will tell you if you find your prescription elsewhere to have that location call them and fax your Rx over……..however, this particular CVS pharmacy never answers their phones! On one particular occasion I waited so long on hold that I decided to drive to their store while still on hold and waited in line. As I approached the counter when it was my turn, I could see EVERY phone line flashing as they sat on hold. First thing I did was ask to immediately speak to the pharmacist and showed her my phone indicating I was STILL waiting on hold while one employee was helping customers and THREE OTHERS WERE HUDDLED TOGETHER AND LAUGHING AT VIDEOS ON A CELL PHONE. At that time, I had been in hold for a total of 1 hour and 23 minutes!!!!!!

pharmacy customer service is very poor. therm: 1 of your 3 orders are not ready. give us 15 min. (no line either) i wait 25 min. them: sir, are you waiting on an Rx? Your order was ready awhile ago. me; weren't you supposed to page me when my order was ready? them: o, sorry, we are really bad at that. me: only 2 Rx, where's 3rd? them: one is on hold and we don't know why......

Was diagnosed with blood clots in my lung two weeks ago. The pharmacist continued to fill my low dose preventative and made me explain on Sept 1 why I needed the higher therapeutic dose now instead. But the staff put the low dose back and he filled the therapeutic one. I needed a refill while my warfarin levels get to a healthy place. But the same pharmacist (Marcin - i did not get spelling), refused to fill my therapeutic blood thinner and was rude to both my pcp and obgyn. I had to drop everything and drive there to talk to him bc he refused to call me or speak on the phone w me when my mom stopped to pick up my prescriptions for me. One girl, Emily, was so sweet when I got there and she apologized for no one answering the phone the 3x I called and took the low dose prescription out of the system and put my therapeutic one in the system to be filled but I had to wait 15 mins. Then my obgyn called to tell me the pharmacist was rude. And refused to remove the lower dose to fill the higher one. He looked at me while I was on the phone w the provider. Then called me over and demanded that I explain to him why he should fill the higher dose. Jayda (probably didn't get correct spelling) stood up for me as I stood there sobbing and repeating myself to him. He finally filled the prescription. The 2 stars are for the 2 star employees who made me feel at least like I was worthy of keeping myself healthy. Thank you Jayda and Emily.

I usually don't complain, but what happened today was ridiculous. I was 4th in line at the drive thru to pick up a prescription, and had to wait an hour to even get to spot #2. I then waited 25 minutes and noticed the woman in front of me agitated ringing the bell, because they were ignoring her in the pharmacy. There were 10 cars in the drive thru behind me and they all started to leave. A woman from the lab comes to pick up labs at the window and walks over to see what was wrong with the woman. She proceeds to tell her what happened and the lady was shocked. The woman in the car called cvs numerous times for no response and tried to wave at them at the window. Cvs never used to be like this but it's gone down hill. Some of the staff are very rude at the window and act like it's crime to get your medication. Needless to say I left too. Never thought I'd say this but I will be switching to another pharmacy.

They never have my prescription ready when they say it will be ready for pick up. Even with an automatic renewal they will say. Oh we don't have any in stock you'll have to come back tomorrow. Really? I'll never use them again at this location.

On 4/27 I wanted to pick up a prescription and get a covid booster shot in one stop. Tried to make an appointment by phone. Recording was breaking up. So I went to the pharmacy in asked about covid booster, she replied you need an appointment. I told her about recording is broken up. She replied you need an appointment. No help at all. Do I picked up my prescription and went wal-mart and get my covid booster shot.
