Best jeweler in Auburn, Maine (ME) 2024

Although I found the store associates to be very courteous and helpful, their repair shop leaves much room for improvement. I requested a ring be resized and an arthritis clasp be installed. The ring was sent away to the shop, with a promise I would get a call on price and time frame. After not being called for a week, I called and was informed of a date 2 weeks later. The shop did not inform me the part was on back order, and therefore won’t be finished on promised date. 1 month later, and it won’t be ready for 2 more weeks. On a positive note, the manager has offered a discount for the hassle. I would recommend buying from them, but do. not get repairs done here. ~Jay
