Best tax consultant in Auburn, Maine (ME) 2024

My wife and I have had the absolute worst experience communicating with our tax pro at Auburn H&R Block. The outright ignoring of repeated messages, calls, and emails directly to our tax pro has been the most unprofessional experience I have ever seen. We are seeking answers to questions we have asked months ago and are not receiving any calls or emails back from our tax pro at Auburn H&R block. This is infuriating to say the least and it is leading to last straw with not only this tax pro but H&R Block being utilized for two small businesses plus our personal taxes. I would appreciate a call from anyone at H&R Block, any tax pro, or even Customer Service to expedite our request for information. We are begging for help at this point (and have been for WEEKS now).
