My wife and I have had the absolute worst experience communicating with our tax pro at Auburn H&R Block. The outright ignoring of repeated messages, calls, and emails directly to our tax pro has been the most unprofessional experience I have ever seen. We are seeking answers to questions we have asked months ago and are not receiving any calls or emails back from our tax pro at Auburn H&R block. This is infuriating to say the least and it is leading to last straw with not only this tax pro but H&R Block being utilized for two small businesses plus our personal taxes. I would appreciate a call from anyone at H&R Block, any tax pro, or even Customer Service to expedite our request for information. We are begging for help at this point (and have been for WEEKS now). H&R Block - please respond at your earliest convenience.

The office told me it would only cost about $179 to do my taxes. When I went in to pick them up, they charged me $480. They told me it was because I had a 1099 and 3 investments! Beware of huge charges for anything over a W-2!! Update: 5-5-2022. Office contacted me and offered to make up the difference for misquoting me. Thanks for being will to make it right. Upgrading from a 1 to 4 star.

I went in for assistance because I filed online. They blew me off with we don’t do online. No customer service. I had to find their corporate number on my own and call for help. They have no idea what the rest of the company does. Very very poor.
