Best home improvement store in Portland, Maine (ME) 2024

Went twice on Sunday and both times there was only one checkout open (both self checkouts were out of order) and the same poor girl doing her best. She kept calling for help (code 3) but no one came. Lines were 10 people deep and still no one came to help. 3 employees chatting in the paints section with no customers, two at the returns with one patron. I felt so bad for her. ~Carrie
