Very disappointing experience - When it came to fence installation services, there was poor communication and much confusion. I would choose a freelance company, or Home Depot for more reliable service.

I never shopped at this particular Lowe's . My experience there for the first time shopping was excellent, the customer service was one of the best I had in a long time. The Staff was very helpful , friendly, and went out of their way to help me find a item very pleased with the service.

Don't shop here they underpay there employees they cap tenured employees they don't give a dam about there long time employees . Go some place ealse do not support this company. I had covid while I used to work there and was called twice to come in while I had covid with proof from the doctor offices of a positive test. Lowes is profit over people's life's . Other people I worked with were called to come in even with covid symptoms. It's disgusting to put profit over people's health.

Actually ended up at Home Depot due to lack of customer service. We went to the service desk and given a "best guess" location by the Lowe's employee, wandered for a bit, never saw another employee for additional help. Decided to leave, went to HD and their customer service team member looked the item right up and directed me right to where I needed to go.

I bought a dryer from this Lowes. They delivered it a few days later but missing parts. When i realized the feet were missing i called to ask why they had never been installed and they explained that they are no longer in stock and i should go online to purchase them myself. This may be why the dryer has broken two times in a year. Never buying an appliance from them again.

Went twice on Sunday and both times there was only one checkout open (both self checkouts were out of order) and the same poor girl doing her best. She kept calling for help (code 3) but no one came. Lines were 10 people deep and still no one came to help. 3 employees chatting in the paints section with no customers, two at the returns with one patron. I felt so bad for her.

No self checkouts open (we were just purchasing some vinyl gloves, $7.98). Cashier gave us $1 less than what the change should have been from the small transaction. And then she couldn't open the cash drawer to give it to us. We were then sent to the service desk, waited several minutes to be waited on & then THAT cashier said he would have to "call someone" to help. I know help is hard to find right now (the original cashier could barely speak English), but this was not a difficult problem to remedy, imo. I even own a store and have been a cashier for many years. For us it's a simple No Sale key tap, voila open cash drawer. We will most likely not be returning to this location due to what transpired yesterday.

Terrible customer service!!! It's a bunch of teens and old women who don't want to help anyone! I circled the store twice looking for an employee to help eventually I just left my cart and walked out. I found all the employees congregated behind shelves in the front not even trying to do there job. No wonder when I went to home depot down the street that there were 3 times the customers. Not going back to this lowes EVER.

I really like Lowes. They have a very large assortment of items that I've needed. The store is always so clean and the employees are always so helpful. All of the materials that I've used from Lowe's have been good quality items and even if I do have to return something their return policy is very good. The stores are very well lit and the items seem to be located in intuitive sections so that you're able to find things on your own. I shop at Lowe's quite often not only for my business but also for family and would recommend that others come and Shop here as well.
