So very disappointed with this place. I bought a new line and new phone on Sunday 9/15/19 and my phone is having issues. I fall under that 7 day satisfaction guarantee policy to either end my line have my phone replaced or swap to another phone. This store will not honor it. It wasn't the gentleman at the counter as he felt how upset I was. It was there manager Steven who will not follow through on policy. I contacted metro before I went up and they left a memo in my file for my line that I could switch. Yet Steven won't honor it. I am so upset with this place that as long as Steven is store manager I will not go back. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM HERE! GO TO THE ONE IN WESTBROOK they are more helpful with trying to help fix issues.

After being with metropcs for 5 years I went to the st John st. store for a new"upgrade" and ended up paying almost 80.00$ dollars because I was eligible for the upgrade. On top of that I just found out that I have to pay an additional 15.00$ because I got the phone at the metropcs store. What a ripoff. This my last billing cycle with metropcs. Absolute scam. Do not go to St John st metropcs store. You'll regret it!! I don't know where the 4 and 5 star rating comes from. Called customer service and they kicked me back to st. John st store. Store kicked me back to customer service. Typical scam. Like I said stay away from the st John st store. Walmart has better customer service.

Went to forest ave to try to replace my phone, the guy working quoted me over 160$. So i came to this metro at Saint john and fella quoted me only $15 dollars using my warranty that i have with the phone!!!! Thank you so much. Good thing i didnt continue with the other store.

My friend and I went to this store the other day to swap a J2 to a J3 Prime. We were told ( which is not true) that the J2 was a step up from a J3 ---- chuckle. The gentleman also allowed a homeless man to hang around; bad for business.
