I couldn't be more impressed and grateful for the customer service I just received from Eric. I fully expected to dodge sales pitches and deal with pushy selling sales reps when I entered the door. I had to make a insurance claim and replace my phone. Eric kindly and calmly laid out all my options and then took the initiative to help fill out my insurance claim with me. He could have said go online and fill out this form but he wanted to assist with the entire process. He said "I just try to treat people like I would like to be treated". The insurance guy on the phone even tried to sell me on a "home protection" service... Eric is the reason I will continue to come back to this location and use AT&T. Thank you Eric! AT&T is lucky to have you.

Big thanks to Eric for his patience and guidance with setting up my new phone on Monday morning. I was resisting letting go of my little 5s yet it’s time had come…and I was bracing myself to be condescended to based on other experiences with shopping for tech/devices yet Eric was friendly (made eye contact which is way to rare in customer service these days!), clear, and super helpful. He helped me save money and gave great advice how to give my retired 5s new purpose as geezer iPod. I will definitely be going back and AT&T, give that man a raise!

was at the store earlier to get my samsung watch activated. the person that helped me was helpful in getting the service active on it for the most part. they told me I had to get in touch with tech support to finish syncing my watch, ok. did that and the tech told me I needed a QR code which is only available at the store... a store which I was at just a few hours ago and now it is closed and I have to wait till morning to go to another store since I am no longer close to the one I was at earlier... rather disappointed

twice in the past month i have gone to this location with a friend or family member who uses non binary pronouns, both times the rep who helped us was awkward, seemed judgmental & was almost unfriendly to my loved ones & continued to misgender them the entire time we were there. not only is this behavior hurtful, it is discrimination. please educate your employees.

This is a great store to do business with AT&T Wireless. The team there is patient, knowledgeable and helpful. On a visit to the store in August, Paige listened to what I was looking for and needed, and signed me up for the exact AT&T wireless plan for my needs. Matt was also very helpful when I came in on another visit, with questions. And when it came time to upgrade my five year old iPhone 8 to the iPhone 13 Pro, this past week, Donny was exactly the right person to help me select what I needed. It’s an excellent team and an excellent AT&T store. Thank You to Paige, Matt & Donny!

Steve is the best rep at this store. I have had issues in the store and spoke with corporate several times. Since working with Steve have once again become a loyal AT&T customer. He always has time to answer any questions I come up with i.way that even I can understand. He also takes the time to explain what is the best way to use all options available. Thank you for allowing Steve to provide superior customer service. He should be a role model for several of the other associates there. Thank you Steve.

I went in to upgrade my phone and the whole process was seamless. The AT&T rep told me that he was new to the job, though that didn’t stop him from being funny, extremely knowledgeable and kind. Even with a short line of people waiting behind me, he helped me out quickly. I would definitely recommend getting your phone upgraded or serviced here! 💯

Thank you for your help, Alex. You resolved my issues quickly and helped upgrade me to a new phone in minutes. My brother and I were in and out of the store very quickly with my new phone upgrade and his SIM card replacement handled. This was easily the best customer experience I have had in a phone store.
