Best womens clothing store in Columbia, Maryland (MD) 2024

Visited the Columbia Ross store to purchase a dress for an event. Everywhere I went prior in this my maiden post-pandemic voyage had no dresses! It seems dressing up has gone out of style. But for ROSS, I would have gone without. Thank God for this store and their variety, and large aisles. Good old department stores seem not so good nowadays BUT not ROSS!!!! 👍🏾 I had such a great time shopping, that j went home with three large shopping bags with awesome deals. Spent quite a bit, But I’ll tell you, the prices were low, there was lots to choose from and I was one happy customer! :-). Yasssssssss, Ross! Don’t worry, I’ll be bacccccccck - for more! ~HILARY

I am insanely disappointed in the quality of my clothes I have recently bought from this location. Mind you, this isn’t my first time shopping here, and this isn’t my first review. I had spent almost 300$ updating my wardrobe and come to find even after carefully following cleaning instructions, the clothes are practically falling apart. The shirts are fringing and the fabric is crinkly, the jeans after one wash had faded significantly. My boyfriends boxers (Size M/L) had holes in the thighs not even 2 months after purchase from earlier this year. My last review contained an amazing 5 star due to customer service, but the quality of their products is atrocious. For those who say it may have been the machines I was using, you are wrong. I have also bought shirts from FIVE BELOW that are in better shape than these! I will be returning the clothes I have not ripped tags off of yet, and I will be saving my money for a store with actual good quality clothing. ~Carlie
